SLA is very powerful and that doesn't surprise me but I sometimes forget about Multi Org Access Control (not having to switch responsibility). I was interested to read the features in R12 that interest you. SLA is very powerful and that doesn’t surprise me but I sometimes forget about Multi Org Access Control (not having to switch responsibility). It is a fairly straightforward feature to understand and articulate, but the benefits are clearly not to be underestimated.
